Shared Thoughts of 4 Former English Students

Hey friends! I thought I would include a little pictoral example of what I have been up to lately. This was taken on one of our hikes during the first week here. We are still doing training, waiting for the kids to arrive in a little over a week. I am excited to get things going and hope next week I will get even more comfortable with what I will be teaching.

Thanks for the last post TB! It was really great to hang out with you and I have some amazing rooftop photos to share. I will post on on here actually - we missed you Miss Davis!

Life here is good - I am really happy with the decision to come out here. Part of me was a little unsure, mainly just because the feeling of starting over again can be a little lonely, but this is good and I think being here is going to be good for my soul.

I am also hoping to write more out here - I haven't really been writing much of anything this past year, but life is a little slower and the surroundings are inspiring. So we'll see what develops.

Write me letters if you would like to and I will write back. Or send me your post addresses and I will start the correspondence.

Wow, it is hard to believe that almost two years have passed since we started the PSU thing. Remember discussing the idea of a shared journal? I think we were on Longfellow's porch. And here we are, with our online version and still kickin it.

Keep the words coming. I will check it as often as I can.
